(the webform immediately sends a Podio notification to the physician’s smartphone because the app that it populates belongs to the physician and has a link unique to that app. The physician now knows that when he/she gets on video the other end is truly ready to make it an efficient experience

Testing a physician designed/easily modified documentation process for telemedicine consults

This is merely the “web form” version that populates the APP in the physician’s personal workspace within Podio.  Each physician can have their own workspace with their own apps.  When you use the app directly within Podio you have all the auto save, quick edit, and other efficiencies of a customized documentation app.  The physician then easily “prints to text” and can copy sections of the consult into the different sections of another EMR.
